1. How can I order?

You can place an order on our website on your own by selecting the product you are interested in and filling out all the necessary information in the shopping cart. You can also order a product in one-click using a special widget on our website. To do this, you will need to select the product you are interested in and give your phone number, then our manager will contact you to confirm the order.

  • Orders placed before 11 am are sent on the same day. Orders placed after 11 am are sent the following day. The average delivery time is from 2 to 7 business days to countries in the EU, depending on the delivery address;

  • From 4 to 17 business days to countries outside the EU, depending on how long it takes to process the documentation in customs.

8. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs depend on the number of goods ordered and the destination, this information is then calculated in the shopping cart when placing the order. The minimum shipping cost is 5 euros.

9. Where are the packages shipped from?

Our office and warehouse are located in Frankfurt, Germany. All shipping is made from Frankfurt.

10. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all EU countries, as well as to some countries outside the EU, but located in Europe.

There is no such option in our online store yet.
