Payment and Delivery
*The delivery price depends on the quantity of ordered goods.
** Please note that the price for delivery does not include customs fee for non-EU countries.
As soon as your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive a tracking number for your order and a delivery confirmation by email. You can check the status of your delivery online via the tracking portal.
Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the shopping cart.
*** Due to the additional security measures that have been taken under the current circumstances, it may take a little longer than expected to deliver your order. We thank you for your patience. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package so that you can track its progress.
You can pay your order by bank card, via the GiroPay payment system, or by bank transfer. The shipping costs depend on the size of your order, your location, the chosen tariff and whether you choose standard or insured delivery.
Delivery is made in accordance with the CPT requirements. When you choose DHL or FedEX delivery options, the carrier will be responsible for the safety of the package.
* Please note that DHL will deliver to the local postal companies for the specific countries and will not take legal responsibility.
With Hermes shipping the liability up to 500 € per package is taken over by the forwarding agent.
The goods are delivered within the European Union.
Actual shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and included in the prepayment.
